I am looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom upper level duplex. This duplex has the perfect mix of NE character and recent updates (renovated 2 months ago). In addition, the unit is in an ideal location for anyone wanting close proximity to everything Northeast has to offer. I'm a female in my 20's who works in education. I'm pretty active (distance running, cycling, hockey, yoga, etc.), and I'm pretty involved in community activities and events at the school where I teach. I'm pretty quiet and relaxed when at home. Also, I have an awesome dog who will be sharing the duplex as well. He is a neutered 20-lb dog who gets on well with everybody except squirrels. As far as roommate criteria: - either male or female roommate is fine, would prefer someone close-ish to my age - respectful - no smoking - pays rent on time - must be okay with the dog - it would be preferable if you were awesome. Semi-awesome is okay too.
