Hi! My husband and I are looking to rent out a room in our basement. We live in Bloomington, about a mile away from 35W and really close to Normandale Community College. We occupy the top floor of the house and we have 1 other renter in our basement. Rent is $620, including all utilities, cable/internet and use of the washer and dryer. The basement is also fully furnished and is a walkout. The basement has its own kitchen and bathroom that you would share with our other renter. The kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated and the kitchen has all new appliances. I am 27 and my husband's 29. I work with children and my husband works in IT. Our renter is a female, 23 and works in retail. We also have a dog named Rocky. He's a maltipoo and is about 12 pounds.
