I am a professional young male who is returning to Minneapolis and looking for a room in a house or apartment to rent. Ideally I am looking for a fully furnished (including bedroom) place near downtown, or dinkytown. I am flexible in terms of lease length but would prefer something shorter or a month to month lease. I am looking to move in April. I am looking to spend between $600 and 800 a month including utilities. I am clean, I do not smoke, I have no pets and am easy to get along with and always pay bills on time.
