I am looking to share my two bedroom apartment with two cats. The complex is called georgetown on the River, and it is located in Fridley, MN. The bedrooms are not the same size the one available fits at least a queen bed and computer desk with extra space, and large closet. There is a decent sized bathroom that will be shared with a full vanity (not the kind of sink that only has counter space for the sink) if that makes sense. The living room is fully furnished and is obviously shared and the kitchen too. Rent is 450 dollars which includes internet but not electric (which can fluctuate). Water, trash, and heat are all included The apartment comes with parking in a parking lot, a roomy storage space that is not in the unit but is in the building. You can use this storage for things you want to seasonally store. The complex also has amenities like indoor/outdoor pool, sauna, and exercise facility all included. It is walkable to Anoka County Riverfront Park which has a very long trail parallel to the Mississippi River. Also super fast access to highway 694.
