Hi there, Jake here. I currently live in Columbus, OH, but am moving to MSP this summer (targeting a July 1st move in). About me - I currently work in finance for , but am moving to MSP for a consulting gig in the cities. I'm 1/3 way through my MBA, so a pretty busy person. When I'm not grinding away, I like watching sports, movies, playing basketball, video games, and my dog, Chipper. I'm an energetic and social person, and will be going out on the weekends, but keeping it cool during the weekdays. I'm also the biggest Notre Dame fan you'll ever meet. What I'm looking for - I don't know the area that well, but everything I read about Uptown sounds awesome, so I want to live there. When it comes to roommates/place, I say the more the merrier (as long as the room:bathroom stays within reason). This keeps the costs low and the house more fun. Having said that, I'm willing to pay up to $800 for myself if it's the right fit, but keeping it around $600 a person is A-ok. I'm fine with living with girls, guys, or both. Deal breakers: Don't smoke, don't do drugs. They're bad for you. Also, I have a 7 year old, mini-Aussie named Chipper. He's the best dog in the world and gets along with everyone and anything.
