I recently tied the knot and moved out of my home. Before I moved I did extensive remodeling to the home. Currently I have two people living In the home. One is a Paramedic, the other also works in public safety sector. Both are responsible young professionals - easygoing, fun, and responsible. The work week is pretty uneventful around the house. The weekends are fairly social. Weekend get-togethers with a small group of friends is ok and encouraged. We have a fire pit in the backyard. The backyard is private. We have three parks just outside the front door. We are just a few blocks from Hamline University in a quiet residential area. We are 2.5 miles from St. Thomas University. We are 10 minutes from either downtown and just one mile north of the light rail. Rent includes all utilities paid: water/sewer, gas/electric, internet, cable, trash. I put a lot of blood sweat and tears into making this home nice. I never planned on moving out...life happens. I am looking for someone who will respect and enjoy this home.
