DWM, NS, professional, same employer in WBL for 7 years, clean, funny, friendly, respectful, helpful, non-partier looking for a home share opportunity with a clean, respectful, NS M or F in the Shoreview/Arden Hills/Vadnais Heights/WBL area for a June 1 move-in date. I spend a lot of time at work, with regular travel out of town, two nights a week coaching my son's soccer team, and mostly quite time at home. I would prefer a situation with my own space/bathroom, perhaps a basement of a house, but I'm flexible on this. NOTE: I have my 10 yo son every other weekend ( to ) and every Wed evening from 5-9...I need to know that it is OK to have him with me during this time and the space provides a safe and welcoming atmosphere for him. Please respond with any questions you may have. I am flexible on some aspects of the living situation, while others I'm firm on. With that being said, I'm really easy to get along with!
