There is plenty of off street parking, and a garage space is available for an extra fee. Electric, heat, water, and internet are included in rent. The complex also features a fitness center and indoor and outdoor pools. We are located ten minutes from Mall of America, and 20 minutes from downtown, in a family friendly neighborhood. We have two small, friendly cats and so would not be able to have any other pets. We are both working professionals and are respectful of our roommates space.
