I am subleasing my bedroom that is located in the Midway area of St. Paul. It includes your own private bath room and living room. It is available immediately to move in. You would be sharing a house with 3 other females in their mid-twenties. They all work fulltime also very laid back and respectful. The lease ends August 30th with option to renew. Two blocks from the light rail station, one block from the 94 bus stop. I already paid April rent ($450), so if you would like to move in this month you could just pay the deposit of $300. If you would like to move in May 1st, $450 and $300 deposit will be due.
